<li>Compiling all relevant project cost to meet budget</li>
<li>Materials sourcing and procurement (PO issuing)</li>
<li>VO compilation and costing @ clients (To coordinate with contract team)</li>
<li>VO compilation and costing @ subcons/vendors (To update with contract team)</li>
<li>Project closing with P&amp;L compilation (On project budget related only)</li>
<li>Vetting and verifying subcon’s claims</li>
<li>Receive all tender notice/invitation to quote and all enquiries related to cost/quotations</li>
<li>Inform accounts department to issue cheque for tender deposit</li>
<li>Inform accounts department if tender fails. Accounts department will follow up with the Architect/Client on the return of the tender deposit cheque</li>
<li>Inform administrative executive to arrange dispatch to collect tender documents</li>
<li>Prepare tender bid and all quotations</li>
<li>Follow up with Client/Architect/Designer after submission of tender/quotation</li>
<li>If tender is successful, to pass all project information to project department for follow up</li>
<li>Prepare contact list and material procurement list</li>
<li>Prepare variation orders, progress claims, sub-contractor payments, final account etc</li>
<li>To source for and meet potential new suppliers or subcontractors</li>
<li>Obtain &amp; evaluate quotations, negotiations with sub-contractors &amp; suppliers</li>
<li>Liaise with site personnel, vendors, consultants and/or subcontractors for all project</li>
</ul>
