Job Description
- Work closely within project team & client to understand the concept direction
- Prepare full set of design/concept drawings and liaise with respective brand’s representative and regional office
- Materials / specification selections (When required)
- Responsible for full set of construction drawing/ shop drawing/ technique drawing upon awarded.
- Familiar with CAD & SHOP drawing
- Liaise with suppliers regarding material submission/confirmation.
- Work out technical & construction details including loose furniture & fixed furniture items for tender/ factory production.
- Conduct site measurements - site visit.
- To support & attend site meeting / inspection during project period.
- To monitor all project development from inception, planning, designing, tendering, construction to complete within deadline.
- Opportunity to work with local & oversea customers, & to explore different projects - be it commercial or retail.
- Technical discussion with internal department, e.g.: QS Dept, Project Team, etc.
Job Requirements
- Required skills: AUTOCAD, 3D-Studio Max, Vray and Adobe Photoshop
- Must be diligent, hardworking, and disciplined worker.
- Responsible, physically fit with the good working attitude.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
