About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a critical role in bridging client strategy with digital production and delivery. You will work closely with Creative, Production, and Technology teams to ensure ideas are translated into high-quality digital work that launches smoothly and delivers results.
You will be responsible for managing client relationships while ensuring digital campaigns, content, and platforms are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standards.
This role requires someone who is both client-facing and execution-focused — able to translate business needs into actionable plans while coordinating internal teams to bring digital work to life.
Responsibilities
Client & Account Leadership
- Manage day-to-day client communications and maintain strong working relationships
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on digital initiatives, campaigns, and platform opportunities
- Align client objectives with internal teams to ensure clarity on deliverables and timelines
Digital Production & Delivery
- Lead the planning and execution of digital campaigns, content, and platform projects
- Work closely with Creative, Production, and Technology teams to deliver high-quality digital work
- Ensure timelines, scopes, and deliverables are clearly defined and executed efficiently
- Proactively manage project risks, changes, and expectations across stakeholders
Team & Workflow Management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, content, and production
- Guide and mentor junior account team members
- Ensure internal teams are aligned on priorities and project requirements
Operational & Financial Oversight
- Ensure timely submission of project documentation and administrative requirements
- Work closely with Finance on billing setup, project budgets, and invoicing
- Support resource planning across projects and accounts
