This role supports Digital & Affinity team. Candidate can learn in operational matter and prepare administrative reports. This role offers the opportunity to work cross functional with internal stakeholders.
- Supports partners’ operational work (policy endorsement, refund, cancellation, reissuance and extension)
- Administrative: Partners’ account creation / internal system access application
- Filing and data recording
- Online research and competitor analysis
