Job Description

To provide day-to-day operational support to Finance department and ensure smooth functioning of Non-Insurance systems. The job role is to be responsible to provide support to Finance internal and external stakeholder. 

•  To perform system maintenance for Oracle Financial - General Ledger, Cash Management and Fixed Assets. 
•  Provide support to end users by troubleshooting system errors, assisting in production issues and resolving the queries in a timely manner. 
•  Manage all the Oracle system set-ups (cross validation rules, security rules, COA requests, etc), participate and coordinate system testing. 
•  Manage user access by conducting access matrix checks and review for Oracle. 
•  Check interface files from all related systems to ensure proper and timely integration in Oracle. 
•  Review and verify the non-routine journal entries after monthly closing. 
•  Handle user data extraction requests and perform any adhoc data extraction as required. 
•  Assist in preparing and providing documentation requested by auditor. 
•  Raise RSA and conduct user acceptance test (UAT) for all financial related system changes and enhancements in the system. 
•  Support Finance-related projects such as Centralization, Oracle Upgrade, etc. 
•  Provide training and guidance to end users, assisting with functional queries and daily operation as required. 
•  Implement the process in current job as part of process to improve productivity and efficiency of finance operations and reconciliation. 

Job Requirements

•  Bachelor's Degree of Accounting and Finance 
•  Familiar with computerized accounting environment. 
•  Conversant with standard Personal Computer software such as Microsoft Office.
