Job Description
We require the intern to assist with the following tasks:
- Updating tenant information for branches, EQP and MGE2 in the NAPIC (Information Custodian) system every quarterly.
- Preparing draft letters and related documentations.
- Liaising with the Facilities Management team upon receiving calls or complaints from tenants.
- Assisting real estate agents during site viewings.
- Conducting property market research.
- Opening new tenant files and maintaining proper filing.
- Performing other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
