Job Description
- Bring training experiences to life — from planning to execution
(booking accommodation, classroom setup, F&B arrangements, training logistics) - Own exciting events like Onboarding, Culture Workshops & Learning Carnivals
- Design communication that pops — posters, EDMs, QR codes
- Support digital learning — upload content, test e-modules, track learner progress in LMS
- Keep things running smoothly — schedule programs, prepare materials & manage vendors
- Track impact — attendance, survey results, and simple reporting dashboards
- Experiment with new tools — AI assistants, MS PowerPoint, Forms, Canva-equivalent, etc.
- Collaborate with different departments — from HR to relevant business units
Job Requirements
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or equivalent, Psychology and Human Resources
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0
Experience
- Fresh graduates or those with up to one year of work experience
Key Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good analytical thinking and presentation skills
- Ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of staff across the company
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong numerical aptitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Oracle HCM and proficiency in e-learning software such as Articulate Storyline and iSpring, would be of an added advantage
