Job Description
This job requires to review, process and record all IT related payments which includes hardware, software, services and resources for both Singapore and Malaysia. This job requires basic arithmetic skills to understand on the calculation of numbers before payment execution.
- Review, process and raise purchase requisition (PR) request from IT personnel to raise the PR within stipulated SLA.
- Review and compile invoices from IT vendors before processing it for payment process.
- Sending of invoice to IT personnel and follow-up for the confirmation.
- Processing of the invoice for payment process within stipulated SLA.
- Recording of invoices details to the reporting file for monthly reporting purposes.
Job Requirements
- In pursuing of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
