Job Description
To assist in Case Registration for Guarantee Letter (GL) issuance cases and complete the task to meet department’s service level agreement.
- To Mark In GL requests from panel hospitals in MCS within 10mins
- Assist in Manual registration when MCS is unavailable
- Assist in simple tasks such as cancellation of GL requests, date amendment etc
- To assist with data entry in FGL processing
- Complete ad hoc assignments
Job Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- PC literate
- Proficient in English
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
