Job Description

To perform admin task such as registration of appeal, handle document request and perform simple medical claim disputes and handle any other ad hoc assignments.

•  To filter and register incoming appeal/ disputes timely and accurately.
•  To review simple disputes on medical claim settlements and provide recommendations based on evidence / supporting documents submitted.
•  To handle request of documents requested by policyholder.
•  To attend to any other ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements

•  A University Degree or Higher Diploma in any discipline.
•  Able to provide recommendations to medical claim disputes objectively.
•  Possess initiative, good interpersonal skills and English writing skills, PC literate.
•  Able to work as a team, concern for order and good analytical thinking
