Job Description

•  Gather, verify, and organise clinic information 
•  Prepare and track agreements for signing by clinics and internal management 
•  Ensure all documents are complete and in order according to filing standards 
•  Maintain accurate records in Excel trackers to monitor onboarding progress 
•  Follow up on missing or incomplete documentation with internal stakeholders 
•  Assist in compiling reports, summaries, and onboarding status updates 
•  Provide general administrative and coordination support to the departmen

Job Requirements

•   Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field 
•  Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills 
•  Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic file management systems 
•  Able to handle repetitive administrative tasks reliably and efficiently 
•  Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently with guidance 
•  Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced
