Job Description

 To support admin function in Provider Payment team. 

•  To collect / Dispatch claims documents and invoices from mail room or other departments 
•  To open incoming mail and perform stamping on claims documents received 
•  To perform data entry on claim documents received accordingly into system 
•  To update and record other claims data as required by supervisor 
•  Any other tasks assigned from time to time 
•  Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks. 
•  Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company. 
•  Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Job Requirements

•  A Diploma or Higher in insurance, healthcare or health administration related fields 
•  Possess initiative, good interpersonal and communication skills 
•  PC literate; able to sort and perform simple filtering and pivot in excel 
•  High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork. 
•  Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
