Job Description

The role is to assist with technology risk and governance activities within Technology Risk Management (TRM) department. This includes developing security awareness materials, supporting risk and compliance assessments, coordinating projects and initiatives, maintaining process documentation, assisting with eGRC system activities, and providing administrative support to ensure effective execution of risk management processes. 

•  Preparing Situational Security Awareness materials. Assist to develop targeted security awareness content to educate employees on emerging cyber threats, security risks and best practices. 
•  Supporting in validating evidence from BU for GPRA, TPRM, ITRA, and other assessments. 
•  Assist with any Group/local project or initiatives by providing support in the implementation and coordination aspects. 
•  Assist with validation and testing of eGRC system. 
•  Assist to prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, guideline and checklist to support consistent execution of processes and controls. 
•  Administrative support including document management, reporting and tracking on action items preparation of reports, presentations, and management updates related to technology risk and governance activities.

Job Requirements

•  Preferably a Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Risk Management, Business Information Systems, or a related field. 
•  Good understanding of Cybersecurity principles, emerging cyber threats, and security awareness practices, with the ability to develop and communicate security-related content effectively. 
•  Analytical and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to review information, identify gaps, and ensure accuracy of documentation and submissions. 
•  Organisational and administrative capabilities, including document management, reporting, tracking of action items and maintaining record. 
•  Self-motivated, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
