Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our agency. This internship provides hands-on experience in the financial industry, offering an excellent opportunity to learn about client service, policy management, sales support and many more. 

Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will develop valuable skills in customer relations, office operations, and financial products. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the agency, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
• Support advisors with customer service tasks such as answering inquiries, processing claims, and preparing policy documents.
• Perform research on financial products, coverages, and industry trends to assist agents with client needs.
• Help in preparing quotes, renewals, and policy changes.
• Organize and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Assist in marketing and outreach initiatives, such as creating promotional materials.
• Learn about social media marketing.
• Learn and comply with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in customer service and confidentiality.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant program (e.g., Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with digital tools and databases.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude toward tackling challenges.
