About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Business Development Executive (Digital) to support our Business Development Manager (BDM) in exploring, researching, and shaping potential business opportunities.

This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career candidate who is curious about the digital landscape and wants to learn how modern businesses grow through websites, mobile apps, and digital marketing.

You will work closely with a senior BDM (Business Development Manager) who brings strong networks and relationships, while you support him by preparing research, identifying digital opportunities, and helping translate early conversations into structured ideas for internal discussion.

This is a guided, learning-centric role with strong exposure to real client conversations and leadership teams.

What You Will Do

• Support the BDM (Business Development Manager) in researching prospective clients, industries, and business backgrounds
• Analyse a company’s digital presence (website, social media, online positioning) at a high level
• Identify possible digital opportunities related to web, app, or digital marketing services
• Prepare simple research summaries, notes, and highlights for internal discussion
• Attend selected meetings to observe, take notes, and capture key signals or needs
• Help organise follow-ups, opportunity notes, and early-stage idea documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams, DSM (Digital Solution Manager) & CSO (Chief Solution Officer) to further explore ideas once initial opportunities are identified
• Learn how digital solutions are positioned, discussed, and shaped in real business scenarios

Job Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduate or 1 year working experience
• Background in PR, Mass Communication, Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Strong interest in:
• Digital marketing
• Social media
• Websites, apps, and modern digital business
• Curious, observant, and willing to learn
• Able to follow guidance, yet proactive in executing tasks
• Comfortable supporting and working closely with a senior team member
• Organised, responsible, and able to document findings clearly
• Good communication skills (spoken and written)
• Malaysian citizen only
• Able to work on-site in Puchong
