Role Overview

• We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist to plan, execute, and manage social media content across multiple brands. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, working closely with designers, our Data & Analytics Specialist partner, and collaborating with our web development team on larger-scale projects when needed.
• This role centres on social media execution and content delivery. While familiarity with analytics is helpful, performance marketing and deep data analysis are not the primary focus of this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute social media content across platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, etc.)
• Plan content calendars aligned with campaign and brand objectives
• Work with designers and partners on content production
• Write or adapt captions to suit different platforms and audiences
• Monitor post performance and prepare basic performance summaries
• Stay updated on platform trends, formats, and best practices

Job Requirements

Requirements

• 3–6 years of hands-on social media experience
• Proven experience managing brand social media accounts
• Strong understanding of platform-specific content formats
• Experience coordinating content production (shoots, videos, creatives)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with regional platforms such as XiaoHongShu (Red Note)
• Basic familiarity with social media ads (boosting, content-level insights)
• Exposure to education, healthcare, lifestyle, or corporate brands
