Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Project Executive to manage and deliver website and digital projects from start to finish.

This is a client-facing role, but not a servicing role. You are expected to manage clients professionally while maintaining control of project scope, timeline, and resources.

You will work closely with our leadership team and be trained on our internal delivery framework (URS, BRS, PMS) to ensure projects are delivered in a structured, predictable, and controlled manner.

This role requires a hands-on individual who is comfortable taking ownership, following structured processes, and being accountable for delivery outcomes.

What You Will Be Responsible For?

• Own Project Delivery (End-to-End)
• Manage website and digital projects from kickoff to launch
• Define scope, timeline, milestones, and delivery plan
• Track progress and ensure timely completion
• Control Scope, Timeline & Changes
• Ensure projects stay within agreed scope and timeline
• Manage client revisions and change requests properly
• Identify risks early and take corrective actions
• Manage Clients Professionally
• Communicate clearly on requirements, progress, and expectations
• Guide clients on what is in-scope vs out-of-scope
• Handle feedback, revisions, and discussions in a structured way
• Coordinate Internal Teams
• Work closely with designers, developers, and digital teams
• Ensure clear task ownership and alignment
• Follow up consistently to ensure progress
• Apply Structured Delivery Process
• Use internal frameworks (URS, BRS, PMS) for project execution
• Document requirements, changes, and key decisions
• Maintain clear visibility of project status

Job Requirements

Who We Are Looking For?

• Must Have
• 3–6 years of experience in digital project / web / system delivery
• Experience working with developers and designers
• Experience handling clients or stakeholders directly
• Basic understanding of:
• Website / web development process
• UX/UI flow
• UAT and launch process
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Advantage
• Experience in digital agency / software house
• Familiar with Agile / Scrum / project tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)
• Experience handling scope changes or client revisions
• This Role Is NOT For
• Pure Account Servicing / Client Servicing roles
• Pure PMO / reporting / documentation-only roles
• Candidates without exposure to digital/web/app projects
