Customer Serivce

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Respond to customer inquiries about products, promotions, and store policies
• Help customers locate products and provide basic product information

Sales Support

• Assist the sales team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets
• Recommend products based on customers' needs

Merchandising

• Arrange and replenish merchandise on shelves and display areas
• Ensure products are neatly displayed and properly priced
• Assist in setting up promotional displays and seasonal decorations
• Monitor product presentation to maintain store standards

Inventory Management

• Receive and unpack incoming stock deliveries
• Check inventory quantities and report discrepancies
• Participate in periodic stock counts and inventory audits

Administrative Support

• Perform basic data entry and filing tasks
• Prepare sales reports and inventory records when required 
• Support documentation related to promotions and stock movement

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Preferable Chinese because is liquor company
