Job Description
Customer Serivce
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries about products, promotions, and store policies
- Help customers locate products and provide basic product information
Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets
- Recommend products based on customers' needs
Merchandising
- Arrange and replenish merchandise on shelves and display areas
- Ensure products are neatly displayed and properly priced
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and seasonal decorations
- Monitor product presentation to maintain store standards
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
