Job Description

Join our New Young and Upcoming Team

We are seeking a Receptionist/Office Support Staff for our service center located in Kuala Lumpur.

Interns are welcomed as well.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet Guests, Job Applicants and Visitors
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the office especially the Reception and Pantry Areas (light cleaning tasks such as washing coffee cups. (We already have another full cleaning services are already contracted)
  • Serving coffee, tea, and snacks to upper management 
  • Restocking office supplies
  • Maintain a simple inventory list and requesting resupply when supplies are low
  • Picking up deliveries from the mailroom/lobby
  • Assisting with various light administrative duties as instructed. (Labeling,Printing,Organising)

English is a Must as Upper Management do not speak the Local Languages.

Benefits will be the basic EPF,SOCSO. Future benefits to be discussed during confirmation. 

Working Hours are 9AM-6PM (Mon-Fri).
