Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment for FOH, kitchen, bakery, bar, and management roles
  • Screen resumes, arrange interviews, and support hiring decisions
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of staff
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, confirmations, and warnings
  • Track attendance, leave, and basic HR administration
  • Prepare simple payroll inputs (attendance, OT, deductions) and coordinate payroll processing
  • Support managers with basic performance tracking and probation follow-ups
  • Ensure HR practices follow Malaysian labour law
  • Attend 1–2 weekly in-person meetings with management

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in HR or admin (F&B or retail is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment, HR processes, and payroll support
  • Familiar with Malaysian employment practices
  • Organised, responsible, and good with people
  • Comfortable working remotely with regular check-ins
  • Able to communicate clearly in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Communication in mandarin is a plus
