We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join GSKL Property Holding Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving growth and expansion within our real estate portfolio. As Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and contributing to the company's commercial objectives in the competitive property market. This role is essential to our mission of establishing GSKL Property Holding as a leading player in the real estate sector. 

Job Requirements

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the real estate and property sector
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, investors, and industry partners
• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to inform strategic decision-making
• Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations for potential partners
• Support the negotiation and closure of business deals and commercial agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and delivery
• Monitor competitor activity and market developments to maintain competitive advantage
• Contribute to the development of business development strategies and initiatives
• Build and nurture a strong pipeline of prospective business opportunities
• Represent GSKL Property Holding at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
• Spearhead market expansion and strategic partnership creation across Johor and Penang when required 

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the real estate or property sector
• Strong understanding of the Malaysian property market and industry landscape
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities and develop compelling value propositions
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Proficiency in preparing business proposals, reports, and presentations
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events as well as outstations to Johor and Penang
