Job Description

GT Business Systems Sdn Bhd is looking for an organized individual to fill in the Business Administration role, whom can support our daily business operations and ensure our administrative processes run smoothly.

This is a full-time position offering exposure to real-world business operations, and professional service management.

Your job responsibilities include:

  • Assist with various business administration tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing files, preparing reports, paperwork, and etc.
  • Manage billing and documentation processes by issuing quotations and invoices, tracking payment progress, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle monthly service renewals by maintaining a master tracking list and ensuring all client contracts are updated before expiry.
  • Support the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, and other HR-related processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • Core Skills: Basic understanding of administrative, billing, or operations work (training will be provided).
  • Digital Literacy: Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) or Google Workspace.
  • Language: Able to speak and write in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience: 1–2 year(s) of experience is a plus, but fresh graduates who are eager to learn are welcome to apply!
