Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Business Administration Intern to join our team.

📌 What You Will Do:

  • Finance Support: Assist with monthly subscription billing, as well as preparing and issuing quotations and invoices.
  • Daily Administration: Keep things running smoothly by scheduling appointments, managing files, preparing reports, and handling paperwork.
  • HR Assistance: Support our HR team with recruitment, onboarding new team members, and other internal HR processes.
  • Documentation: Keep our records, databases, and digital files organized and up-to-date.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with different teams to ensure smooth communication and seamless task coordination.
