RETAIL SALES SUPERVISOR

Gintech Mobile is looking for an experienced Retail Sales Supervisor to lead our outlet sales team and oversee daily store operations.

We are looking for someone who can lead people, drive sales and take ownership of the outlet — not simply perform senior sales duties.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and supervise the retail sales team

* Drive daily and monthly sales targets

* Monitor individual staff performance

* Coach and motivate sales staff

* Assign and follow up daily tasks

* Ensure staff follow company SOPs

* Monitor attendance, punctuality and discipline

* Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally

* Oversee opening/closing and daily outlet operations

* Ensure stock, display units and store presentation are properly maintained

* Check transactions and required documentation

* Report sales performance, staff issues and operational problems to management

* Identify problems and propose solutions instead of waiting for management instructions.

Compensation

💰 Basic salary + Sales Commission + Performance Incentive

Salary will be determined based on experience and leadership capability.

✓ Minimum 2 years retail sales experience preferred

✓ Previous Supervisor / Team Leader / Senior Sales experience

✓ Strong sales ability and customer service skills

✓ Able to lead and manage a small team

✓ Responsible and disciplined

✓ Good communication and problem-solving skills

✓ Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs

✓ Able to handle difficult customers and staff issues professionally

Experience in mobile phones, telecommunications, consumer electronics or similar retail environments is highly preferred.
