Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Promote advertising and event activation solutions to corporate clients in the HR/recruitment and/or brand marketing segments.  
  • Close sales opportunities with both new and existing corporate accounts over the telephone.
  • Generate new sales leads through prospecting and lead generation. 
  • Evaluate client requirements and needs, and propose suitable packages. 
  • Meet clients via video call or in person to introduce our range of services, including preparing sales proposals and giving presentations.
  • Assisting in other related marketing and promotional activities when needed.
  • Coordinate with internal client relations and production teams on successful client deliverables.   

Job Requirements

  • A Diploma/Degree in any discipline with one year sales experience. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.
  • A good grasp of English and/or Malay languages, both spoken and written.
  • Strong verbal telephone communication skills, effective benefit-oriented presentation skills and influencing skills with persistence to overcome objections. 
  • Additional language abilities are an added advantage when communicating with clients.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team. 
  • Takes initiative to make things happen, identifies what needs to be done and does it. 
  • Persuasive, resourceful, responsible and dedicated. 
  • Ability to interact effectively with client representatives at all levels.
