About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Content Editor/Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for directing, editing, and producing fast-paced, trend-driven videos that capture attention, drive engagement, and elevate our brand across various platforms. From concept to final cut, you’ll transform raw footage into compelling visual content — including corporate videos and dynamic short-form content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics, along with the technical expertise to bring content to life.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to bring content ideas to life.
• Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging videos for various platforms and campaigns.
• Cut, color correct, audio mix, and apply motion graphics and visual effects as needed.
• Ensure all videos are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Maintain organized project files and video archives.
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips for social media (Reels, TikTok).
• Stay updated on video trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Assist with occasional on-set video shoots.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, VN.
• Strong portfolio showcasing editing skills, storytelling, and visual creativity.
• Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithm, trends, and audience behaviors.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality output.
• A portfolio or TikTok account showcasing your video editing skills and creative flair.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
