Job Description

  • Prepare PO ,DO, Invoice
  • Keep track and update on goods purchasing, receiving and delivery date
  • Perform general filing duties and maintain organized documentation
  • Monitor purchasing and delivery process and update orders 
  • Knowledge in E-invoicing & SST.
  • Executing administrative tasks such as emailing, printing, filing, and running errands.
  • Handling correspondence with clients for transaction details.
  • Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments 
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested 
  • Updating customer payment.
  • Reconciling daily e-wallet statement.
  • Chasing outstanding invoices.
  • And other assigned related tasks.

Job Requirements

  

  • Diploma/ Degree qualification will be prioritized
  • at least 3-5 years working experience
  • Able to Read & Write in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
  • able to speak multiple languages, especially Mandarin, English & Malay
  • good communication skills
  • must familiar with MS Word & Excel
  • SQL accounting software knowledge is required
  • E-invoicing & SST knowledge is required
  • Independent at work
