About the Role

  • Provide professional and friendly support via chat, phone, and email, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for check-in, cleaning, maintenance, and check-out issues, taking ownership of guest concerns.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for common technical issues, such as Wi-Fi resets, boiler repressuring and other essential amenities available in a property.
  • Maintain a high level of quality and professionalism in all guest interactions.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and providing solutions.
  • Stay up to date with GuestReady's processes, tools, and system updates.
  • Keep detailed records of guest interactions in our internal system.
  • Proactively find creative solutions to guest requests, ensuring an exceptional experience.

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience preferred
  • Fresh Graduate are encouraged
  • Excellent written and spoken English (Additional languages like French or Portuguese are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting common issues.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or a related field.
  • Flexibility to work early in the morning, weekends, and holidays.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Open to those residing in Klang Valley, with easy access to our office in Kuala Lumpur for hybrid working days.
