Job Description

• Support our Global Distribution Team in onboarding, managing and offboarding our host’s properties across our internal systems and external distribution platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO)
• Ensure that our host’s homes are presented in an appealing yet accurate way on every distribution channel - including writing descriptions and optimizing content 
• Execute bulk changes or update processes to keep up with ever-changing requirements
• Work on special projects and tasks forces in collaboration with other departments like Finance or Marketing

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English - written and spoken
• Fresh grads or students welcome
• Detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on quality
• Able to follow processes diligently and consistently while at the same time keeping track and following up on multiple requests
• Able to work with tight deadlines and deliver what the team needs
• Great writing capabilities - copywriter experience is an advantage!
• Team player; able to work in an environment with high inter-dependencies between teams and cross-cultural colleagues
• Interest in tech and being able to find your way around integration tools
• Able to come into the office at least twice a week (KLCC area)
