Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Junior Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing laptops, desktop computers, and all-in-one desktops, assisting walk-in customers with their repair needs, and handling basic software installation.

No prior repair experience is required, as training will be provided. We welcome candidates who are interested in IT, enjoy troubleshooting technical issues, and are willing to learn new skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair and troubleshoot laptops, desktop computers, and all-in-one desktops.
• Attend to walk-in customers and assist with computer repair enquiries.
• Diagnose basic hardware and software issues.
• Install and configure software such as Microsoft Office, Adobe applications, Google Chrome, and other programs.
• Record and update repair orders using Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure repaired devices are functioning properly before returning them to customers.
• Maintain an organized and tidy work area.

Job Requirements

• Basic knowledge of computers and IT is an advantage.
• Interested in computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Responsible, patient, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to learn and able to follow instructions.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without prior repair experience are welcome.
• Training will be provided.
