Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to manage our order processing and delivery workflow. You will act as the bridge between the Sales team and the Warehouse, ensuring that orders are processed correctly, the right stock is allocated/verified, and Delivery Orders (DO) are accurately prepared for shipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing & Documentation:
    • Process customer orders and generate Sales Orders, Invoices, and Delivery Orders (DO) using the company system.
    • Ensure all DOs are signed and properly filed after delivery for proof of acceptance.
  • Stock Verification & Coordination:
    • Liaise with the warehouse/production team to ensure the correct stock (type, quantity, and specs) is available and ready for delivery.
    • Physically verify or cross-check stock against the Sales Order before shipment to prevent delivery errors.
  • Logistics Support:
    • Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers or third-party transporters.
    • Update customers on the status of their deliveries.
  • Inventory Administration:
    • Assist in updating stock records in the system to reflect outgoing goods.
    • Monitor low stock levels for fast-moving items and alert the production team.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting/inventory software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount) is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in checking part numbers/stock codes (crucial in plastic manufacturing where products look similar).
  • Communication: Able to communicate effectively with both warehouse staff and office management.
