Job Overview

This role focuses on executing and managing daily operations independently — ensuring tasks are completed accurately, on time, and without constant supervision. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations — errors, delays, or missed details directly impact customer experience and business performance. The primary focus of this role is to ensure smooth and accurate execution of daily operations, particularly in order fulfilment and inventory management.

Key responsibilities

E-commerce & Order Operations

• Manage customer orders across all platforms end-to-end (Website, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) 
• Own and manage end-to-end order fulfilment across all platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely processing 
• Ensure all orders are processed accurately and within required timelines

Fulfillment & Inventory Execution

• Handle end-to-end order processing and packing with high accuracy 
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock tracking 
• Conduct stock checks and clearly flag any discrepancies 
• Prepare and manage stock for pop-ups, including setup and return

Customer Experience

• Manage customer enquiries across all platforms in a timely and professional manner 
• Take ownership of resolving issues and ensuring clear communication throughout 
• Maintain consistent and accurate communication aligned with brand standards

Office & Operational Readiness

• Ensure the office, packing area, and workspace are consistently organised, functional, and ready for daily operations 
• Maintain display samples and operational materials in clean, complete, and ready for use 
• Monitor and manage operational supplies, ensuring availability without disruption 
• Coordinate with external vendors (e.g. cleaning services) where required

Job Requirements

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, admin, retail ops, or fulfilment 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organised 
• Skilled in using Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting 
• Able to work independently and complete tasks without constant follow-up 
• Able to identify and flag operational issues early with clear information 
• Able to follow processes accurately and communicate clearly 
• Based in Kuala Lumpur / Selangor and available for 100% onsite work: Petaling Jaya Damansara Jaya
• Open to working weekends on an as-needed basis for brand pop-ups (compensation provided)
