Job Description

1. To comply with the requirements of the Management System implemented in the organisation (HACCP, ISO 14001, BRC-IoP Packaging and FSC Chain of Custody)
2. Coordinate sampling of products or materials for customers.
3. Assist in testing products and materials to meet customer requirements.
4. Monitor feedback on samples and follow up with customers for additional input., and market conditions for management review.
5. Maintain good relationships with customers by addressing inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and following up on requests.
6. Support communication between internal teams and customers to ensure smooth delivery of services and products.
7. Assist in identifying potential leads and opportunities for business growth.
8. Prepare simple proposals, quotations, or product information for clients.
9. Update and maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer feedback, and sample results.
10. Provide regular updates on activities and progress to the management team.

Job Requirements

Academic Qualification : Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical, or

related fields).

Working Experience : Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Business

Development or a related field are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills : Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage. 

: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and dimensions.
