Job Description

  

  1. Support the Key Account Manager in daily operational tasks.
  2. Track customer inquiries, complaints, and follow up actions internally.
  3. Track project timeline with Project Development teams.
  4. Coordinate with planner to track and align stock positioning and customers’ demand.
  5. Liaise with logistics department to monitor/track shipment schedules and delivery dates that align with customer deadlines.
  6. Proactively identify potential stock shortages or surplus inventory and inform internal teams and the Key Account Manager.
  7. Create and maintain the master file for customer forecasts and actual purchase orders.
  8. Provide weekly snapshots of demand, order fulfilment status and stock positioning.
  9. To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

Education Level: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or any related field

Experience: Min 2-3 years working experience in related field

Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, pivot tables, reporting, and analysis), Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
