Corporate Development (Strategic Growth)

• Identify and evaluate inorganic growth opportunities including acquisitions, investments, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain financial models to support transaction analysis (valuation, ROI, scenario modelling).
• Lead due diligence processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors.
• Prepare investment memos and board presentations for strategic initiatives.
• Track industry trends, competitors, and deal activity to inform strategic decisions.
  

Investor Relations (Capital Markets)

• Own the creation and management of investor communications: earnings releases, presentations, press releases, and annual reports.
• Coordinate quarterly earnings processes: scripts, Q&A prep, analyst briefings.
• Maintain investor CRM, monitor shareholder composition, and support targeting of new investors.
• Manage relationships with existing shareholders, analysts, and media.
• Partner with the finance team to ensure consistent and accurate public disclosures.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, investor relations, private equity, or strategy consulting.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage high-stakes external relationships.
• Experience in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field;
• English fluency, Mandarin proficiency is a plus
