Job Description
- Assist in the ideation, planning, and execution of campaigns and brand collaborations for exclusive talents
- Support the Talent Management team in maintaining strong relationships with talents, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of content
- Coordinate and manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and expectations between talents and clients
- Help identify suitable brand opportunities for talents and assist in pitching them for relevant campaigns
- Provide support to supervisor/seniors in proposal development, campaign execution, and reporting, which may include administrative tasks
- Assist in the planning and execution of content and branding strategies for exclusive talents
- Stay updated on industry trends and the latest developments in the creator economy
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
