Job Description

• Assist with small-scale video productions and internal content campaigns.   
• Capture high-quality video and photo assets using mirrorless cameras or mobile devices.   
• Attend shoot sessions to assist with basic production arrangements, equipment setup, and behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage capture
• Edit short-form social media videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), handling basic offline and online editing tasks.   
• Execute basic video revisions based on creative feedback from the Video Producer and internal stakeholders.   
• Properly organize, tag, and back up raw footage and project files in designated company shared drives.
• Assist with content research, trend monitoring, and gathering creative references for upcoming concepts.
• Support the Video Producer in drafting basic concept notes, shot lists, storyboards, and production call sheets.
• Support consistent content posting schedules to maintain audience retention and keep Gushcloud’s Instagram and social channels active.
• Assist in coordinating minor production logistics, equipment handling, and location arrangements.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned 

Job Requirements

• Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Mass Communication, Media Production, or related field.
• Basic camera operation skills (mirrorless or mobile setups).
• Proficiency with video editing software (Premiere Pro , After Effects, or CapCut).
• Understanding of short-form video formats and social media trends (Reels, TikTok).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Good visual sense for framing, pacing, and audio.
• Collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on-location or in-studio under tight deadlines (3-4 day turnarounds).
