Job Description
- Content Creation
- Assist in brainstorming and developing creative concepts for social media content
- Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS), event coverage, and product shots.
- Create basic graphics, captions, and visual assets for posts. - Video Production Support
- Assist in pre-production tasks: scriptwriting, shot lists, planning, equipment prep.
- Support on set: camera operation, audio setup, lighting basics.
- Edit videos with guidance from senior editors or Creative Lead.
- Manage media files, backups, and simple colour/audio adjustments. - Software Skills (Required)
Must know how to use Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut
Plus point: Basic skills in Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, simple animations).
Familiarity with Canva or other design tools is an added advantage. - Performance & Reporting
- Help track performance metrics for content (views, engagement, reach). - General Creative Support
- Work closely with the talent team and sales team on campaigns.
- Assist with client influencer shoot and internal projects.
- Stay updated with new platforms, tools, and content trends.
