Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Front-of-House Operations

• Welcome customers, manage queues, seat guests and take orders accurately using the POS system.
• Explain menu items clearly and handle simple customer questions to keep service smooth.

Payments & Cash Handling

• Process cash and electronic payments, issue receipts and complete end-of-shift cash counts with care.
• Record basic transactions and report any discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.

Cleanliness & Team Support

• Keep counters and service areas tidy, clear tables when needed and restock consumables.
• Support colleagues during busy periods and follow basic food safety and hygiene practices.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• No formal experience required; fresh graduates and first-time workers are welcome.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including mornings and weekends.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic cash handling and POS operation skills.
• Simple numeracy for cash counts and order totals, and basic food safety awareness.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Friendly communication, patience and a service-oriented attitude.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a small, close-knit team.
