Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Transactions & Payments

• Operate the POS to process cash and digital payments accurately and speedily, ensuring correct change and receipts for every order.
• Perform end-of-shift cash counts and reconcile tills to keep our records balanced and reliable.

Customer Experience & Service

• Greet customers warmly, take orders clearly, and resolve basic questions or routing to the kitchen or manager as needed.
• Maintain a friendly, tidy counter presence so guests feel welcome and confident in their order experience.

Operations & Support

• Assist with light stock checks, restocking condiments and front-of-house supplies during quieter periods.
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards to keep the counter and service area safe and presentable.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a cashier, cashier-related, or customer service role within F&B or retail environments.
• Basic secondary education or equivalent work experience is acceptable.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proven cash handling and POS operation skills, with accurate cash reconciliation at shift end.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and front-of-house hygiene practices.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communication, patience, and a friendly attitude when interacting with customers and teammates.
• Good attention to detail, time management, and the ability to stay calm during busy service periods.
