We are on the hunt for a passionate and detail-oriented e-Commerce Intern to join our team!

In this role, you will play a key part in powering our online business by focusing on data entry, analysis, and performance tracking. You will work closely with the e-Commerce team to support day-to-day operations, contribute to data-driven decision-making, pricing strategies, and sales performance.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and maintain e-commerce data in our systems, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
• Assist in organizing and categorizing product information, including descriptions, pricing, and availability.
• Conduct regular data audits to identify inconsistencies or errors and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Support the analysis of sales trends, inventory levels, and customer preferences to inform e-commerce decisions.
• Assist in generating reports and dashboards to visualize key performance metrics and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from different sources for comprehensive insights.
• Assist with livestream backend administrative tasks and fulfillment.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a final year student in a Bachelor's degree or Diploma program, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform basic quantitative analysis.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds.
• Passion for learning and eagerness to contribute to a dynamic e-commerce team.
