Job Description
Job scope:
- Assist in recruitment process by sourcing of candidate, interview arrangement and preparation of documentation/paper work.
- Assist in employer branding activities inclusive utilization of social media and participation in the career and campus fairs.
- Assist in on-boarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Assist in staff ID and access card preparation for new hires.
- Assist in documentation/paper work for staff movement including filing.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your immediate superior.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Management/ Psychology or any related field.
- Good in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills.
- Duration: Preferably 3-6 months.
