Job Description

Welcome to Haleon. We’re a purpose-driven, world-class consumer company putting everyday health in the hands of millions. In just three years since our launch, we’ve grown, evolved and are now entering an exciting new chapter – one filled with bold ambitions and enormous opportunity.

Our trusted portfolio of brands – including Sensodyne®, Panadol®, Advil®, Voltaren®, Theraflu®, Otrivin®, and Centrum® – lead in resilient and growing categories. What sets us apart is our unique blend of deep human understanding and trusted science.

Now it’s time to fully realise the full potential of our business and our people. We do this through our Win as One strategy. It puts our purpose – to deliver better everyday health with humanity – at the heart of everything we do. It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.

We’re growing our centralized Artwork Hub — and we need Artwork Coordinators to ensure seamless, high-quality artwork project delivery. In this role, you will take ownership of project timelines, approvals, and cross-functional collaboration, acting as the go-to expert for artwork management. You will solve problems, ensure compliance, and continuously improve processes.

We are looking to hire an Artwork Coordinator to be based in our Regional Capability Centre in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. If you have spoken and written Japanese skills, you'll be perfectly positioned to support our APAC markets, including Japan, making a real impact in this dynamic region.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage project plans, timelines, and task assignments to ensure on-time and high-quality artwork.
  • Ensure GxP compliance and system accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams, including artwork studios.
  • Maintain accurate data and propose ideas for enhancing workflows.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of business experience
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese is a must as this role will support APAC markets including Japan.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
  • Problem-solver with Microsoft tools experience
  • Familiarity with SAP, Veeva, or FMCG/logistics operations experience will be preferred.
