We are currently looking for an Expert CME Specialist who will be responsible on working on continuous medical engagement and education activities with key HCPs, Key External Experts management and brand building with HCPs.

Key Responsibilities:

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

• Design, develop, and implement CME activities and programs that align with the educational needs of healthcare professionals. Planning, organizing, and coordinating all training initiatives & solutions to upsurge product knowledge of company brands to targeted internal and external stakeholders.

• Work in collaboration with the local shopper and sales team to identify opportunities with retailers to drive pharmacy recommendation and retail specific programs

• Support brand building initiatives for Polident amongst DHCPs

• Support a team of highly effective sales representative with disease and product knowledge that advances selling capabilities to drive performance. Evaluate the effectiveness of the Detailing team by conducting quarterly knowledge assessment based on product knowledge, product key message, objection handling script, etc. relating to products to maximize the capability of the detailing team.

• Responsible for the creation and execution of Expert’s digital channel content strategy supporting company brand’s presence.

• Support Expert marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, promotion, optimization, and content development.

• Coaching and product training aligning with First SFA and product/disease/therapies presentations and training to internal and external customers, including third parties, for the accurate delivery of messages in line with LOC Expert Marketing plans and global guidelines.

• Serve as the communication point person between project team to ensure the efficient and effective management of Expert projects.

• Manage the scheduling, delivery, and evaluation of CME activities, including conferences, workshops, webinars, and on-demand courses.

Why you?

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• University Degree holder preferably in science related fields.

• A Bachelor of Pharmacy holder is an advantage.

• Proficient in English including speaking, listening, and written.

• 4-5 years of experience in Marketing and brand management

• Strong track record of delivering on business objectives and meeting and exceeding business goals.
