About the role

We are currently looking for experienced Planning Executive with 1-year fixed term for your Consumer Healthcare Quality & Supply Chain site based in Ulu Kelang. In this role, you will be responsible to manage and/or develop end to end site supply plan that includes materials planning, site scheduling, capacity planning, stock out incident management and customer feedback.

Role Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing the monthly supply plan and production schedule to ensure that operations run on a high level of efficiency optimizing resources based on site’s operating cost budget.
• Adheres to the site planning discipline of raising Purchase orders and Process orders on time.
• Adheres to the CCC (Core commercial Process) by actively participating in SCIM meetings.
• Meets customer/market expectation by having a good collaboration with Supply Planner and Demand planner.
• Drive agility programs of the business and E2E mindset to reduce lead time and improve speed to market.
• Achieve site KPI targets, Site Recoveries, Conformance to Plan, OTIF, SRFT.
• Achieve the Cash flow target pertaining to site’s DIO target as well E2E LT target.
• Ensure full compliance to GMP and EHS standards.
• Effective use of MERP system to deliver the business requirements

Ideally, we are looking for someone with:

• A relevant degree holder related to Supply Chain and Manufacturing
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in site scheduling / production planning in a manufacturing industry preferably in Pharma/Consumer Healthcare/FMCG
• Knowledge of SAP is a must and preferably in a manufacturing environment (ECC and APO modules of SAP)
• Excellent organizational, planning and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office especially Excel, knowledge in Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to change and stay focused under pressure.
• Ability to work with and build relationships with key stakeholders.
