Job Description

• Customer Assistance: Provide supportive and friendly assistance to customers through WhatsApp, phone call and social media platforms.
• Issue Resolution: Effectively handle and resolve inquiries and concerns from customers.
• Product Knowledge: Understand and explain our products and services in details to customers.
• Record Maintenance: Complete daily sales reports and conduct follow-ups as necessary.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and respond to ratings and reviews.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall work efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin.
• Problem-Solving: Capable of quickly identifying issues and offering effective solutions.
• Adaptability: Versatile and skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Tech Skills: Familiarity with computers and customer service software is required.
• Teamwork: Collaborates well with team members and fosters a positive and motivating atmosphere.
