We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Intern to join our growing team! If you're passionate about the beauty industry and want hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced skincare brand, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in order fulfillment by processing, packing, and shipping online orders efficiently and accurately
• Maintain and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and proper recording
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage stock deliveries and conduct product quality control checks
• Support the Operations team in streamlining operational processes and procedures
• Assist with stockist account management, including coordinating deliveries to retail partners
• Track and resolve customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, and returns
• Help keep storage and stock areas well-organized and compliant with operational standards
• Prepare operational reports on order fulfillment, stock levels, and supply chain efficiency
• Contribute to improving packaging processes to enhance customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Passion for skincare and beauty products is a plus!
