Hankidz is looking for Mandarin Teachers to join our team and create a fun learning space for children to grow holistically. At Hankidz, our daycare teachers are passionate, nurturing, and dedicated professionals committed to creating a safe and engaging environment for children to learn and grow. With a focus on early childhood development, they encourage creativity, social skills, and cognitive growth through age-appropriate activities. Responsibilities:

• Building rapport with parents,managing parent’s expectation and update children’s growth and progress
• Preparing lesson plans.
• Stimulating children’s interest in academic studies
• Providing academic enrichment classes
• Promoting holistic development through experiential games and activities
• Teachers will also be responsible for creating debriefs for completed classes.
• Managing parent’s expectation
• Review modules and SOPs to remain effective and relevant.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in Spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess a degree or diploma in Education or a related field.
• Fresh graduate are welcome; Those with 1-2 years in primary daycare is bonus
• Responsible, accountable, and willing to learn and grow
• Passionate about children and transformation
• Keen interest in the education industry
• Big heart in contributing to the world and standing for world peace
• Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent web and desktop skills, including Microsoft Office and G-Suite
• Storytelling skills, presentation skills, problem-solving techniques
• Experience of working with children and studying children, education, or psychology is a bonus point
