<li>Inspire children’s interest in learning through interactive teaching methods. 通过互动教学激发孩子对学习的兴趣。</li>
<li>Provide academic enrichment classes and support children’s communication development. 提供学术拓展课程，培养孩子的沟通能力。</li>
<li>Promote holistic development through games, storytelling, and experiential activities. 通过游戏、讲故事和体验式活动促进孩子全面发展。</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with parents and communicate children’s progress regularly. 与家长建立良好关系，定期汇报孩子的成长进度。</li>
<li>Create class debriefs and track learning outcomes. 撰写课程总结并跟进学习成果。</li>

Review and refine teaching modules and SOPs for continuous improvement. 审查并优化教学模块和标准作业流程，以保持教学质量。&nbsp;
