Job Responsibilities | 工作职责

• Prepare engaging and age-appropriate Mandarin lesson plans.
  设计有趣且适合学龄的华语教学计划。
• Inspire children’s interest in learning through interactive teaching methods.
  通过互动教学激发孩子对学习的兴趣。
• Provide academic enrichment classes and support children’s communication development.
  提供学术拓展课程，培养孩子的沟通能力。
• Promote holistic development through games, storytelling, and experiential activities.
  通过游戏、讲故事和体验式活动促进孩子全面发展。
• Build strong relationships with parents and communicate children’s progress regularly.
  与家长建立良好关系，定期汇报孩子的成长进度。
• Create class debriefs and track learning outcomes.
  撰写课程总结并跟进学习成果。

Review and refine teaching modules and SOPs for continuous improvement.
审查并优化教学模块和标准作业流程，以保持教学质量。

Job Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
  语言能力： 能流利使用华语、英语及马来语进行口语和书写。
• Education & Experience: Degree/Diploma in Education or related field; fresh graduates welcome.
  学历与经验： 拥有教育或相关领域的学位/文凭；欢迎应届毕业生。
• 1–2 years of preschool or daycare experience is a bonus.
  有1–2年幼儿园或托儿所经验者优先。
• Background in child development, education, or psychology is an advantage.
  有儿童发展、教育或心理学背景者更佳。
• Personal Attributes: Responsible, accountable, and eager to learn and grow.
  个人特质： 有责任心，积极主动，愿意学习与成长。
• Passionate about working with children and making a positive impact.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (G-Suite).
  熟悉Microsoft Office及Google Workspace (G-Suite)软件操作。
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
